Terms of Service

Access

V Coffee is for team members. You sign in with your Google account once a super admin has added your email address, and a super admin decides what you can do. Access can be changed or removed at any time. Guests can use the calculator without an account, but nothing else.

Your content

You are responsible for the ingredients, prices, recipes, events and notes you add. Only add content you have the right to share. By adding content, you allow the team to view, edit and use it for the team's work. Editors and super admins may edit or remove any content.

Prices and estimates

Shopping lists, prices and cost estimates are worked out from what the team has entered and may be out of date or wrong. Check them before you buy.

Acceptable use

• Don't add anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Don't try to access accounts, prices or data you haven't been given access to.
• Don't disrupt, overload or attempt to break the service.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

V Coffee is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or that content won't be lost, and to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. Continuing to use V Coffee after a change means you accept the updated terms.
